Forest School Autumn Term (1) 2019
The children enjoyed a day of outdoor learning on the last day of the half term. They collected a variety of materials from the school grounds such as sticks, pine cones, dry leaves and used these to create a bug hotel.
Mrs O’Dell asked the children to think about what makes Tritlington special as a church school and then create a visual representation of something meaningful to them. The children’s ideas were really inspiring.
In preparation for Spring the children planted some Spring bulbs so that we will have a fantastic display around school next year.
Working in pairs, one partner used an instrument of their choice to create some music while their partner listened to the tempo and used conkers and paint to make a piece of art in time to the music.
